Become inspired to create healthy pollinator habitats in your community by attending this presentation. Dive into the science of pollination with a U of MN Extension Master Gardener to discover what types of flowers not only make your garden beautiful but also bring pollinators. Learn how to identify the pollinators you will see in the neighborhood, and develop an understanding of the threat they face in our communities. You’ll leave empowered and inspired!
Paul Wood has been a lifetime gardener and is a University of Minnesota Extension Master Gardener and a Minnesota Tree Care Advocate. He has been following the plight of our pollinators and their need for native plant habitats. He has designed several rain gardens as pollinator habitats and is designing and installing a pollinator friendly native habitat for his home gardens.
